Job summary

Sage Connections, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based services for the 2025–2026 school year in Rome, GA. This full-time W-2 position offers a supportive team and a mission-driven environment.

The role is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week. Georgia licensure and CCC preferred (CFs welcome). We value growth, well-being, and collaboration with families to support student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Valid Georgia SLP License.
• ASHA CCC preferred (CFs welcome—supervision available).
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong collaboration and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning.
