Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a contract role to support elementary through high school students across three buildings. You will collaborate with a Tele SLP and manage a caseload of 41 students, delivering 55 treatment sessions weekly (16 individual and 37 group).

This 35-hour-per-week position emphasizes accurate documentation, regular communication with staff and parents, and adherence to district policies and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Valid license and certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
• Experience supporting students in a school setting preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Comfort managing a flexible caseload across multiple age groups and school environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with a Tele SLP to split and deliver high-quality therapy services.
• Provide 55 thirty-minute treatment sessions each week (16 individual sessions and 37 group sessions).
• Rotate between three school buildings, working with students from elementary to high school settings.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and adhere to all required documentation standards.
• Communicate regularly with staff, parents, and the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Adapt to caseload changes and evolving student needs as assigned.
• Uphold all district guidelines, policies, and confidentiality requirements.
