Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in the 2026-2027 school year. This contract opportunity offers a flexible 10-12 hour workweek within a school setting, allowing meaningful, balanced professional impact.

Candidates must hold Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility as an SLPA, with school-based experience preferred. You will assist licensed SLPs, help advance communication goals, maintain accurate session notes, and prepare therapy

Qualifications

  • Valid Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
  • Experience in school-based settings is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SLP-CCC standards and teletherapy practices is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with certified SLPs, educators, and families.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
  • Support students’ communication and language goals using evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for sessions and progress reports.
  • Gather and prepare materials for therapy activities tailored to individual student needs.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to support student success.
