Soliant is offering a contract role for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support students across elementary through high school under a Tele SLP model. Qualifications

  • Valid license and certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
  • Experience in school settings preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Comfort managing a flexible caseload that spans multiple age groups and school environments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with a Tele SLP to split and deliver high-quality therapy services.
  • Provide 55 thirty-minute treatment sessions each week (16 individual sessions and 37 group sessions).
  • Rotate between three school buildings, working with students from elementary, middle, and high school settings.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adhere to all required documentation standards.
  • Communicate regularly with staff, parents, and the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Adapt to caseload changes and evolving student needs as assigned.
  • Uphold all district guidelines, policies, and confidentiality requirements.

Key Qualifications

This contract position consists of 35 hours per week. The district will continue to post the position internally according to union guidelines and will provide notice in the event a direct hire is found.
