Job summary

Onward Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in Okanogan County, WA. This role allows you to support a diverse caseload of students from preschool to high school in a collaborative school environment.

This full-time role offers the chance to support a diverse caseload of students from opportunities of preschool through high school within a collaborative and supportive school environment.

  • Position Type: Full-Time | 2026–2027 School Year
  • Grade Levels: Caseload, to be determined
  • Compensation: $55 - $65 hourly
Responsibilities
  • Provide speech-language services including assessment, diagnosis, and therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams.
  • Support students with a wide range of communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and communicate regularly with families and staff.
Qualifications
  • Valid Washington State SLP License.
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate required.
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience in a school setting preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
