Job summary

Onward Education is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the high school in Weld County, CO. This is a full-time, on-site role for the 2026–2027 school year, with services focused on student access, communication growth, and academic participation within a multidisciplinary team.

The SLP will evaluate and treat students, develop IEP goals, provide direct therapy, and ensure documentation aligns with IDEA. Collaboration with SPED, gen ed, and families is essential.

Onward Education is supporting Weld County, CO in hiring a full-time, in-person Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students at the high school level. This is a school‑based contract role for the 2026–2027 school year.

Role Summary

In this position, you’ll evaluate and treat students with speech/language needs, collaborate closely with special education and general education teams, and ensure services and documentation align with IEP requirements. The SLP will be on‑site and part of a multidisciplinary team focused on student access, communication growth, and academic participation.

• Schedule: 32 hours/week (full‑time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete speech/language assessments and participate in eligibility determination as needed.

Required Qualifications:
