Job summary

Required: MS/MA in SLP, ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility, active Florida licensure, and CPR certification. New grads welcome; one year experience preferred. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and email is expected.

Qualifications

• MS/MA in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCC or CFY eligibility required/considered.
• Current active state licensure required.
• CPR certification must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct speech therapy rehab per physician referral.
• Participates in community health matters/projects.
• Liaises with patients, families and departments to plan patient needs.
• Maintains patient charts and documents accurately.
• Utilizes therapy software for treatment planning and progress notes.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies.
