Qualifications

• Current state licensure as Speech Language Pathologist required.
• Certified CLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plans.
• Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services.
• Designs functional treatment programs for effective community activity return.
• Educates patients, families, students, co-workers and self.
• Coordinates treatment programs with other clinical/therapeutic services.
