Qualifications
Current state licensure as Speech Language Pathologist required.
Certified CLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology preferred.
Responsibilities
Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plans.
Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services.
Designs functional treatment programs for effective community activity return.
Educates patients, families, students, co-workers and self.
Coordinates treatment programs with other clinical/therapeutic services.
