Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver comprehensive speech therapy services to residents across care continuum.

Responsibilities include evaluations, planning individualized treatment programs and goals, delivering therapies, and discharge planning. The role features on-site, collaborative care within a nurturing, residential community and access to on-site rehab gyms and CEU opportunities, with benefits including tuition reimbursement and PayActiv

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Active CCC from ASHA.
• Valid SLP license or eligibility in the state(s) where services are rendered.
• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to residents, including evaluations and treatment.
• Plan individual treatment programs and goals.
• Deliver actual treatments and discharge planning.
• Grow professionally within the role.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology

Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP)

Active Speech Language Pathology license or eligibility for license in the state(s) served

Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)
