Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for a school-based role in Winston-Salem, NC. You will provide speech-language services to K-12 students, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families to ensure skill carryover.

Qualifications

• Licensure from the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists.
• Eligibility for North Carolina licensure through the Department of Public Instruction.
• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
