Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CF) for a school-based role in Fayetteville, NC. You’ll provide speech-language services in a K-12 setting, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families to support student progress.

This full-time position offers pay up to $50/hour, W-2 employment with benefits, health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, licensure reimbursement, and mileage between sites. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid NC SLP license (or ability to obtain).
• NC Education License from NCDPI (eligible).
• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
