Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for a school-based position in Greenwood, SC, for the 2026-2027 school year. Onsite, full-time or part-time options.

You6ll provide speech-language therapy, conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and help develop IEP goals. Mentorship is available for Clinical Fellows, with competitive pay up to $55/hour and a W-2 arrangement plus generous benefits and reimbursement programs.

Qualifications

• Valid SC SLP license (or ability to obtain).
• SC Education Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Master Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
