Ampersand Therapy in Concord, NC is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time school-based position for the 2026-2027 year. You will deliver SLP services to K-12 students, support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication, and collaborate with teachers and families.

CFs encouraged to apply; licensure required; competitive pay up to $53/hour, W-2 with benefits, mileage reimbursements, licensure and CEU support, and a strong mentorship culture.

Qualifications

• Must have NC SLP licensure or be eligible for licensure
• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders required
• CFs encouraged to apply; strong communication and collaboration skills emphasized
• School-based experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
