As a Speech-Language Pathologist in our Early Intervention program, you will provide family-centered services to infants and toddlers (birth to age three) in their natural environments, including homes, childcare settings, and community locations. You will assess communication, language, feeding, and social interaction skills, develop individualized intervention strategies, and support children in reaching their developmental goals. Using a coaching-based approach, you will partner with caregivers to embed evidence-based strategies into everyday routines and activities. You will collaborate with families, service coordinators, and other Early Intervention professionals to deliver coordinated, high-quality care. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during a child\'s earliest years while maintaining flexibility and professional autonomy.
In this role, you will provide services within Pennsylvania’s Early Intervention model, delivering support in children’s natural environments including homes and community settings. You will evaluate developmental needs and design individualized; family-centered intervention plans that align with each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
This position is flexible full-time opportunity. Pay is $63.00 per hour based on a 7.5-hour workday following the school year calendar.
