Progressive Pediatric Therapy is seeking an experienced pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide Early Intervention services and assessments in Berks, Schuylkill, Lebanon, and Lancaster counties. This independent contractor position suits an organized, family-centered professional who enjoys delivering services in home and community settings.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, PA SLP license, and ASHA CCC, with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.

Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

Independent Contractor | Early Intervention

Progressive Pediatric Therapy is seeking an experienced and compassionate pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide Early Intervention services and evaluations in Berks, Schuylkill, Lebanon, and/or Lancaster counties.

This is a flexible contract position for an SLP who enjoys working with young children and families in their natural environments. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, family-centered, and comfortable providing both direct treatment and multidisciplinary Early Intervention evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services to infants and toddlers in their homes and community settings
• Complete developmental/Early Intervention evaluations (Berks and/or Lancaster Counties)
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, service coordinators, and other members of the child’s team
• Develop functional, family-centered recommendations that support children within their daily routines
• Complete documentation and reports accurately and within required timelines
• Maintain compliance with Pennsylvania Early Intervention requirements and professional standards
• Manage scheduling and communication with families independently

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• At least 1–3 years of experience working with children
• Experience with infants, toddlers, and Pennsylvania Early Intervention strongly preferred
• Comfortable completing both direct treatment and Early Intervention evaluations
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the selected service area
• Current professional liability insurance and required clearances
