Job summary

eLuma is seeking virtual speech-language pathologists to deliver teletherapy to K-12 students across the United States for the 2026-2027 school year. You’ll work from your own space, with a schedule built around your life, supported by a clinical team and cross-licensing to serve multiple states.

This contract role emphasizes collaboration with school-based teams, completing documentation within district timelines, and participation in IEP-related activities as needed.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification required
• Active state licensure in licensure states involved
• Minimum one year of school-based therapy under IEPs and evaluations
• Availability Monday through Friday during standard school hours
• Prior teletherapy or virtual service delivery experience preferred
• Bilingual proficiency welcome (Spanish and other languages)

Responsibilities

About this Opportunity

We are actively placing SLPs for the 2026-2027 school year. You work remotely from your own space, on a schedule built around your life, backed by strong clinical support and a team that has been doing this for a long time.

What you'll do

• Deliver virtual speech-language therapy services to K-12 students under established IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations
• Develop and monitor IEP goals aligned to communication, language, and literacy outcomes
• Collaborate with school-based teams, special education staff, and families
• Complete required documentation and session notes within district-set timelines
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed, virtually

What you'll need

Required:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure (in the state in which you live as well as the state providing services, see cross-licensing benefit below)
• Minimum one year of experience providing school-based therapy services directed by a student’s Individualized Education Plan and evaluations
• Availability Monday through Friday during standard school hours

Preferred, or a Plus:

• Prior teletherapy or virtual service delivery experience
• Experience with caseloads across multiple grade levels or disability categories
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and other languages welcome)
