Job summary

eLuma is hiring online Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver speech therapy to students via teletherapy. You will conduct assessments, prepare progress and assessment reports, attend IEP meetings, and ensure accurate documentation in the school's system and eLuma portal.

The role emphasizes collaboration with supervisors, meeting billable targets, and covering ESY services as needed. A Master's degree in Communication Disorders or SLP, active state licensure, ASHA CCC, and 2+ years in schools

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active state license in assigned states required.
• ASHA CCC preferred; teletherapy experience preferred.
• Two or more years’ experience working in schools required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and provide speech therapy sessions to students.

• Work within the total hours budgeted (80% direct therapy, 20% indirect).
• Achieve billable hours targets as set by supervisor.
• Prepare for and attend IEP meetings.
• Cover ESY services on your caseload as needed.
• Complete other tasks related to therapy (scheduling, session prep, data collection).

Job description

• Work within the total hours budgeted for the position (typically 80% direct therapy and 20% indirect as a percentage of total time.).
• Achieve billable hours target as set by supervisor.
• Prepare for and attend IEP meetings.
• Cover Extended School Year (ESY) services on your caseload.
• Complete all other tasks related to therapy (i.e. scheduling, session prep, data collection)
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

Required Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech-Language Pathology Strong technical skill & basic computer knowledge.

Active or in-process state license in the state(s) you are assigned as well as where you live.

ASHA CCC Entry-level and above Preferred Teletherapy experience.

Two or more years’ experience working in schools.
