Occupational Therapist – Tennessee – 2026-2027 School Year
Tennessee | 100% REMOTE | 2026-2027 School Year | Contract
eLuma is seeking virtual occupational therapists who share in our mission to help all students achieve their potential.
Students with fine-motor, sensory-processing, and functional-skill challenges need occupational therapy to access the curriculum and participate fully in school life. But qualified school-based OTs are increasingly difficult for districts to find, especially in communities with limited local pipelines.
For over 15 years, eLuma has been connecting credentialed occupational therapists with more than 500 school districts nationwide. We match your availability and expertise to students who need you most, so you can deliver meaningful therapy without sacrificing the flexibility you have earned.
If you are ready to make a real impact on your own terms, we want to hear from you.
We are actively placingOTs for the 2026-2027 school year. You work remotely from your own space, on a schedule built around your life, backed by strong clinical support and a team that has been placing school-based therapists for over a decade.

eLuma is a K-12 virtual therapy and student services company that has partnered with more than 500 school districts across all 50 states over the past 15 years. We connect credentialed SLPs, occupational therapists, school psychologists, counselors, and special education specialists with districts that need them, preventing service gaps and protecting student access to IEP-mandated services.
When you contract with eLuma, you join a network of highly qualified clinicians committed to the same goal: ensuring every student gets the services they deserve, wherever they are.
Jalisa, an eLuma SLP, puts it this way, “As a contract therapist, sometimes you can feel like you’re just there to fill a gap. With eLuma, I’ve felt appreciated and recognized. That means a lot.”
