Job summary

eLuma is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026-2027 school year. This virtual, contract position is remote from your space and follows a schedule that fits your life, with strong clinical support and a long-standing team.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in Tennessee
• Minimum 1 year of school-based therapy experience
• Dedicated to IEP-driven services and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual speech-language therapy to K-12 students under IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and support eligibility determinations
• Develop and monitor IEP goals for communication and literacy
• Collaborate with school teams, special education staff, and families
• Complete session notes and documentation within district timelines
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed, virtually
