Job summary

The Broadview Center in Shoreline, WA is seeking a Full Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. You will provide personalized, resident-centered therapy to improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and independence, and develop individualized treatment plans that support meaningful progress and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathology state license in good standing.
• Current ASHA certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate residents, families, caregivers, and clinical staff.
• Collaborate on diagnostic swallowing procedures, including MBSS and FEES.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to the care team.
• Support restorative nursing and interdisciplinary care initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all professional, legal, and confidentiality standards.
