Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for a school-based position in Newberry, SC. You will provide speech and language services to students, with strong mentorship for CFs and a flexible schedule for full-time or part-time roles.

Ideal candidates have SC SLP licensure or ability to obtain, a Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders, and strong collaboration with teachers and families. W-2 employment with benefits is offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

You’ll support students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship provided.
