Position: Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals improve their communication skills and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others. This is a full‑time or part‑time position with a competitive hourly rate of 60‑65 dollars per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication abilities of clients
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and client goals
  • Implement evidence‑based therapy techniques and strategies to improve speech and language skills
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and physicians, to provide integrated care for clients
  • Educate and train clients, family members, and caregivers on speech and language techniques to facilitate carryover of skills outside of therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
  • Stay current with advancements in the field of speech‑language pathology through continuing education and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state license or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Commitment to providing high‑quality and evidence‑based therapy services
