Job summary

Carolina School Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Wake Forest, North Carolina. You will assess communication disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions across our clinic and ABA centers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with healthcare professionals, educators, and families to support holistic patient care and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required.
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience with pediatric populations is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech-language pathology.
  • Familiarity with early intervention strategies and patient care practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with patients and their families.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
