Position: P-Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled P‑Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a P‑Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with various speech, language, and communication disorders. You will work with a diverse population, including children and adults, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and individualized care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual needs and goals
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Monitor and document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Educate and involve family members and caregivers in treatment plans and strategies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, teachers, and psychologists, to provide a multidisciplinary approach to care
  • Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records
  • Adhere to all ethical and professional standards set forth by the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) and state licensing board
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited university
  • Current state license in Speech‑Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred

Compensation and Benefits
