Position: Speech Language Pathologist

Salary Range: $37.1 - $39.57 per hour

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. This position requires a strong understanding of various speech and language disorders, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and client goals
• Provide therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and teachers, to provide comprehensive care for clients
• Educate clients and their families on speech and language disorders and strategies for improving communication
• Stay up-to-date on the latest research and techniques in the field of speech language pathology
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and progress
