Position:

Speech Language Pathologist

Salary Range:

$38.00-$47.00/hour

Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (No weekend rotation)

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals of all ages improve their communication skills and overcome speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and client goals
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve speech, language, and communication skills
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and educators, to provide comprehensive care for clients
• Educate clients and their families on strategies to improve communication outside of therapy sessions
• Stay up-to-date on advancements and changes in the field of speech-language pathology

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state license or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Experience working with individuals of all ages and a variety of speech and language disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
