Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech Language Pathologists for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Salem, OR area. This is an in-person, full-time role in a school-based setting, serving Early Intervention or Early Childhood ages B-5.

We offer competitive pay of $55-65/hour, a bonus up to $2,000, W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits, and a 401(k) with company match. Licensure reimbursement and mileage between sites are provided with mentorship and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Active Oregon SLP License (or CFY) is required.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
