Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Gresham, OR area. This in-person, full-time role serves a K-5 caseload within a school-based setting in Gresham, Oregon.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Active Oregon SLP License.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
