Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Eugene, OR area. This in-person, full-time role serves elementary and high school students with feeding, swallowing, and AAC supports.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an active Oregon SLP license. Travel between sites may be involved. Competitive pay, benefits, licensure reimbursement, and mentorship are offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
