Job summary

Flagship Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Mission Care Center in Rosemead, CA. This in-house therapy team position offers a flexible full-time schedule and an hourly pay range of $55-$65 based on experience.

CFY supervision is available with an hourly rate of $42-$48. The role emphasizes delivering rehabilitative treatment for communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders to geriatric patients within a post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• SLP license is required.
• Open to SLPs at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, modifying services based on patient evaluation and making referrals as needed.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.

Mission Care Center is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are seeking a full time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house therapy team.

Full Time : Flexible schedule with work-life balance
Pay SLP :$55-$65 hour based on experience

Pay CFY $42-$48hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities
