Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Portland, Oregon area. The in-person, full-time role supports multiple school sites, delivering high-quality speech therapy services across the district.

The SLP will assess students, develop and implement IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families to ensure skill carryover. A Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an active Oregon license are required; prior school-based experience

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Oregon SLP license.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports.
