Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide school-based services in K–12 settings in Phoenix, AZ. You will assess, develop IEP-aligned plans, and deliver direct therapy to improve students’ communication skills.

Must hold AZ SLP licensure or eligibility, and clear DOJ/FBI Live Scan with TB. Benefits include CEU/license reimbursement, tuition assistance, full benefits, and supportive supervision for SLPAs.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain).
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Preferred: One year of experience in speech therapy.
• Preferred: Department of Education certification; knowledge of evidence-based practices and school programs; experience with school-based caseload management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).
