Job summary

Point Quest is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role in Hesperia, CA. You will deliver SLP services to K-12 students, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.

Collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams is essential, with mentorship, live CEUs, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).
