Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for K–12 in Goodyear, AZ. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students access their education.

This school-based role collaborates with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize outcomes. Must hold a current SLP license in the state, complete background checks, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain).
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).

About the Role

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K–12 school settings. What We’re Looking For

Must Have

Preferred

• One year of experience in speech therapy

• Department of Education certification

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs

• Experience with school-based caseload management
