Job summary

Vineyard Post Acute in Petaluma, CA is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a part-time role. Starting pay is $60 per hour, with potential to up to $65 per hour.

The therapist will assess residents, develop plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive skills. We offer a flexible part-time schedule and a supportive environment focused on patient outcomes and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Valid California SLP license.
• SNF or geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred, but new graduates welcome.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

Job Responsibilities
