Austill's Rehabilitation Services Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to provide school-based therapy in Pottstown, PA, serving students from preschool through high school under CCC-SLP supervision.

You will collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families, document progress, and contribute to IEP updates. Travel between campuses may be required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech and Language Pathology program.
• PA state license current.

Responsibilities

• Direct therapy with students from preschool to grade 12 under CCC-SLP supervision.
• Consult with teachers, other therapists, and families to facilitate classroom participation.
• Documentation including data collection, progress updates, and yearly IEP revisions.
• Attendance at IEP meetings recommended.
• Case Management may be required (CCC-SLP only).
• AAC consultation may be required.
• Some travel may be required throughout the school day.

Timeframe: M-Th 8 am-3:30 pm - elementary school.

Responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist

• Direct therapy with students in preschool to grade 12 (SLPA-under supervision of CCC SLP)
• Consultation with teachers, other therapists, support staff, and families to facilitate classroom mobility and participation (SLPA-under supervision of CCC-SLP)
• Documentation requirements include data collection, marking period progress updates, and yearly IEP revisions, including updated goals and treatment strategies.
• Attendance at IEP meetings is recommended.
• Case Management may be required (CCC-SLP only)
• AAC consultation may be required
• Some travel may be required throughout the school day

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech and Language Pathology Program
• CCC's preferred or
• Educational or Instructional Certificate
• Current PA state license
• Preferred candidates have experience working with children in the school setting.
