Topaz HR is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based therapy program in Needles, CA. The role offers in-person and hybrid work settings with compensation of $54.00–$86.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaboration with families and educators to support children's communication development. Must have state licensure and a Master's in SLP, with at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children and families.
• Experience with early intervention strategies is preferred.
