Job summary

Topaz HR, on behalf of a nationwide provider of school-based therapy, seeks licensed SLP clinicians for a full-time, in-person position in Lodi, CA. This role offers competitive hourly compensation and benefits within a school setting.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, deliver engaging sessions, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and educators to support students' IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children and families.
• Experience with early intervention strategies is preferred.

Your contributions will directly impact the lives of diverse children and their families, ensuring they receive the assistance they need.

Location: Lodi, CA

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Setting: In-Person (School-Based)

Compensation: $73.00 - $103.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine speech and language needs of children
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
