Job summary

Topaz HR is seeking a dedicated SLP clinician to support school-aged children in Surprise, AZ. This in-person role focuses on comprehensive speech-language pathology services within a school-based setting.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with AZ licensure and at least one year of pediatric experience. A sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits accompany a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state licensure.
• At least 1 year of experience in pediatric speech-language pathology.
• Strong communication skills to interact with children and families; IEP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine speech and language needs of children.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide engaging speech therapy sessions tailored to each child's needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support children's development.
• Monitor and document students' progress during therapy sessions.
• Support students in achieving their IEP goals.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

Position Overview

A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy services is seeking dedicated SLP clinicians to support and develop students' critical communication skills. Your contributions will directlyimpactthe lives of diverse children and their families, ensuring they receive the assistance they need.

Location: Surprise, AZ

Job Type: Full-Time (Temporary)

Work Setting: In-Person (School-Based)

Compensation: $45.00 - $71.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine speech and language needs of children


• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results


• Provide engaging speech therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique needs


• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes


• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support children's development


• Monitor and document students' progress during therapy sessions


• Support students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals


• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program


• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist


• Minimum one (1) year of experience


• Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development


• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children and families


• Experience with early intervention strategies is preferred
