Job summary

Topaz HR is recruiting for a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based therapy in Fairfield, CA. The role is full-time, in-person, with compensation ranging from $55.00 to $86.00 per hour and a sign-on bonus.

The clinician will assess, plan, and deliver targeted therapy while collaborating with families and school staff to support IEP goals. Candidates should hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure, and at least one year of pediatric experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech-language development.
• Excellent communication with children and families.
• Experience with early intervention is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine speech and language needs of children
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide engaging speech therapy sessions tailored to each child's needs
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve outcomes

Your contributions will directly impact the lives of diverse children and their families, ensuring they receive the assistance they need.

Location: Fairfield, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Setting: In-Person (School-Based)
Compensation: $55.00 - $86.00 per hour
