Job summary

Topaz HR is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join a nationwide school-based therapy team in Coachella, CA. This full-time, in-person/hybrid role offers competitive hourly pay and a supportive clinical environment.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with families and school staff, and monitor progress toward IEP goals. A Master’s in SLP and current state licensure are required, with pediatric experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Minimum one year of experience in pediatric speech-language pathology.
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine speech and language needs of children.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide engaging speech therapy sessions tailored to each child's needs.

Position Overview
A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy services is seeking dedicated SLP clinicians to support and develop students' critical communication skills. Your contributions will directlyimpactthe lives of diverse children and their families, ensuring they receive the assistance they need.

Location:Coachella, CA
Job Type:Full-Time
Work Setting:In-Person/Hybrid (School-Based)
Compensation:$73.00 - $103.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments todeterminespeechand language needs of children
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide engaging speech therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique needs
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieveoptimaloutcomes
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support children's development
• Monitor and document students' progress during therapy sessions
• Support students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students

Qualifications

• Master's degree inSpeech-LanguagePathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Minimum one (1) year of experience
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children and families
• Experience with early intervention strategies is preferred

Compensation & Benefits
