Job summary

Topaz HR is seeking dedicated SLP clinicians to support students\' communication skills with high-quality in-person and hybrid therapy programs in San Mateo, CA. This full-time role offers strong compensation and comprehensive benefits.

As an SLP, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver engaging sessions, monitor progress, and collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to help students achieve their IEP goals.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Minimum one year of experience.
  • Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children and families.
  • Experience with early intervention strategies is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine speech and language needs of children
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Provide engaging speech therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique needs
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support children's development
  • Monitor and document students' progress during therapy sessions
  • Support students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students

Position Overview

A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy services is seeking dedicated SLP clinicians to support and develop students' critical communication skills. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of diverse children and their families, ensuring they receive the assistance they need.

Location: San Mateo, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Setting: In-Person/Hybrid (School-Based)
Compensation: $54.00 - $86.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine speech and language needs of children
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Provide engaging speech therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique needs
