Job summary

Blue Stone Therapy is opening a brand-new outpatient therapy program in Mitchell, SD, and is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the team. You will deliver individualized, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment as the program launches.

The role offers flexible part-time scheduling, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive leadership team focused on quality outcomes for patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Current Speech Language Pathologist license (or eligibility for licensure) in South Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy services
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment strategies and home exercises
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation
• Support the growth of a new outpatient therapy program
