Job summary

Point Quest Group seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to serve K-12 students in Maple Grove, MN. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to improve communication and access to education. This role collaborates with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize outcomes.

The position offers $50–$65/hour, full benefits, licensing support, and mentorship. Supervision of SLPAs and in-district collaboration are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field from an accredited program.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Knowledge of Department of Education certification requirements.
• Experience with school-based caseload management and IEP processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized assessments to determine eligibility and functioning level.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct speech therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs and annual reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to generalize communication skills.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including supervision hours monitoring.
