Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant for a full-time school-based role in Minneapolis, MN. You will work under the supervision of a licensed SLP to deliver direct therapy aligned with IEP goals and document progress.

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication. The position offers license reimbursement, ongoing professional development, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Current SLPA license or certification in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain).
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech therapy services to students aligned with IEP goals under the supervision of an SLP.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans and documenting student progress toward established goals.
• Support the SLP in conducting screenings, data collection, and informal assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to reinforce communication strategies across environments.
• Maintain accurate and compliant therapy notes, service logs, and progress documentation.
