Job summary

Point Quest Group seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver school-based therapy and special education services for grades 7–12 in St. Paul, Minnesota. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement direct therapy aligned with IEP goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes, with licensure and DOJ/FBI clearance required.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
  • Department of Education certification.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs.
  • Experience with school-based caseload management.
  • Preferred: One year of experience in speech therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
  • Ability to conduct Speech Assessments in Spanish.
  • Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
  • Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
  • Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
  • Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
  • Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).

About the Role:

What We’re Looking For:
  • Must Have: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
