Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in Minneapolis, MN for the school year. You will assess, plan, and deliver therapy aligned with IEP goals, collaborating with teachers and families to drive meaningful progress.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, a state SLP license, and a DOJ/FBI Live Scan background. We offer year-round benefits, mentorship, and in-district school services with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized assessments to determine eligibility and functioning.
• Ability to conduct Speech Assessments in Spanish.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours.

Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Pay Range: $50-$65/hour Job Description: 26/27 School Year | $50-$65/hour | Full-Time | Minneapolis, MN | State SLP and PEL License Required

What We're Looking For:

• Must Have: Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred:

• One year of experience in speech therapy
• Department of Education certification
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs
• Experience with school-based caseload management
