Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role in Sturgeon Bay, WI. Provide direct services to K-12 students, conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP-aligned treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

Relocation available. CEU/license reimbursement, tuition assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid sick time, and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

  • Current SLP license in the state or eligibility to obtain.
  • DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAC-accredited program.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
  • Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
  • Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
  • Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
  • Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
  • Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).
