EDU Healthcare seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Manassas, VA. The role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech-language disorders within a school-based setting.

You will develop IEPs, deliver direct therapy in individual and small group formats, and collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to advance student communication goals. This therapist-owned organization offers access to quality materials and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active SLP license in VA or eligibility before start.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and educational service delivery.
• Work in a structured, school-based setting with built-in school holidays.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to make a direct impact on student success.
