Job summary

EDU Healthcare is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a school-based setting in Texas. The role focuses on evaluating and diagnosing speech-language disorders, developing IEPs, and delivering direct therapy to students in both individual and group settings.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, an active TX SLP license or eligibility, and preferably the CCC-SLP. Collaboration with teachers and families is essential to support student goals throughout the

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active TX SLP license or eligible to obtain before start
  • CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication with staff and families
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and therapy documentation
  • Experience in a structured school-based setting preferred

Job description

  • Maintain detailed records and progress reports in accordance with school and district policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress
  • Stay current with best practices and continue professional development as required
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license in the state of TX (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and educational service delivery
  • Work in a structured, school-based setting with built-in school holidays
